We offer classes for all abilities, each class is limited to 15 people so every member gets the individual attention they deserve. All exercises are adaptable to suit all levels of fitness.

Barre Mixed

Get ready to create a lean sculpted body with our Barre Classes. Lengthen and tone your muscles and watch your body change.

Barre Dance

If you love to Dance, danced when you were young, or indeed still do then you will love this class. We will teach you routines in a variety of dance styles including Contemporary, Street Dance and Ballet all promoting flexibility improvement and muscle toning.

Mother and Baby Barre

Having had two children myself I understand the need for a class that enables you to bring along your baby. We will provide toys to help entertain your little one if they are awake while mummy gets some time to exercise. Children up to 12 months are welcome.
