What is Barre ?

Barre Sculpt combines the principles of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. It is a low impact using Isometric movements target deep into the muscles

High repetition and small movements are used to work the muscles to fatigue then a series of stretches after to lengthen the muscle.

Equipment such as light weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls challenge the body for greater targeted work.

Previous Ballet Experience Needed?

The class is suited to all fitness levels. No previous dance experience is required to enjoy and get the maximum from Barre.

What are the Aims of Barre?
To improve posture and flexibility muscle tone and core strength and have fun!

What Equipment do I need to Bring?

We will provide all of the class equipment but we suggest you bring a your own yoga mat.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and socks with gripped soles. These are available to buy if you do not have your own.
